Ipath Technology Pte. Ltd. provides the legal entity, contracting framework and delivery accountability in Singapore; ChanlunAI provides the customer-facing identity. Together they express one proposition: practical enterprise technology delivered with local responsibility and international ambition.

A company that creates the wheel

ChanlunAI corresponds to the Chinese name 产轮智能 — literally, intelligence that produces the wheel. The idea is simple: enterprises should not have to rebuild the same foundations repeatedly. We turn proven products, engineering components, operating methods and AI capabilities into reusable “wheels”, so teams can focus on moving the business forward.

02 / GROUP HISTORY

A decade of enterprise development

The group’s China journey began with Shanghai Tujing Information Technology Co., Ltd. in 2015. Easy Enterprise Mobility launched in 2016; financing and rapid expansion followed, with annual revenue passing RMB 100 million in 2019. The group began its global expansion plan in 2022, was recognised as a Shanghai “Specialised and Innovative” enterprise in 2023, deepened strategic cooperation with Meituan in 2024, and established AI and overseas expansion as two new business lines in 2025.

The operating model extends beyond software delivery. It combines product engineering, integration, technical outsourcing and personnel outsourcing with policy configuration, approvals, 24/7 service support, settlement, data reporting, safety management and continuous improvement.
